Objective:

To generate inbound leads for a leading real estate company in Chennai by reducing their current advertising cost.

Problem:

The Cost Per Lead cost was way too high for one their Villa located in Chennai. The Facebook ad costed them Rs. 1500 per lead, which was very high. They struggled reduce the cost of a lead due to the change in Facebook algorithm and modification/disablement of certain of keywords in Facebook ad account.
