Old 1st Ward Community Association is a New York State Neighborhood Preservation Corporation funded by NYS Division of Homes and Community Renewal, Affordable Housing Corporation, Federal Home Loan Bank, First Niagara Bank and Larkin Development Group. We are also a Community Partner with the City of Buffalo Division of Neighborhood Development, serving the South District of Buffalo.
