Will I own the completed website?
Answer: Yes, you will own your completed website along with all associated files and your domain.
What is a domain name?
Answer: A domain name is your website's internet address. For example, our domain name is www.externalexperts.com. Every website must own a domain name and this ownership will cost an annual fee. You can purchase your domain name from us for only $15/year (buy a domain name).
What is hosting?
Answer: Hosting is the online storage all of your website files. The files are stored at a host. Every website must have a host to store files, and this hosting will cost an annual fee. You can purchase hosting from us for $50/year (buy hosting), compared to the expensive and complex hosting offered through DotBlock.

Who will I be working with?
Answer: You will be assigned to one of our Project Managers. Your Project Manager will be your personal contact throughout the project.
How many revisions can I request after I see the initial design?
Answer: The design phase usually lasts one week and includes up to three revisions.
Can I make changes after I approve a design?
Answer: Yes, you may make as many changes as you would like, but after your first three changes the cost will be $50/hour.
What is your process?

When the site is complete, will I be able to make changes myself?
Answer: You will be able to make changes to your website yourself if you have purchased CMS (Content Management System). CMS allows you to log-on to your website and make modifications to text and images. If you have not purchased CMS, you will forward any revisions to your Project Manager and they will be completed in a timely manner at a rate of $50/hour.
What is your payment policy?
Answer: Our payment policy is simple - 50% of your quoted price is due up front and the remaining balance is due upon delivery of product or the launching of the website. All payments should be made out to External Experts and mailed to: 427 Jersey St. Buffalo, NY 14213.
